Returns & Refund
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods like newspapers or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which can be a screenshot. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us via email. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address to send the item back.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item.
